Service Management eLearning
Syamic provides accredited eLearning modules and exams in support of the service management of cloud based services. These include: SIAM Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, COBIT 5 Foundation and VeriSM training courses and associated exams.
SIAM Design and Build Service
Syamic provides design and build services to develop organisational SIAM and cloud service management capabilities. This includes governance frameworks, skills development, process development and service management tooling. Our approach ensures that delivery is owned by the service organisation and that the design fully integrates with existing service management capabilities
